Mr. Papatheoharis has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of structured finance, capital markets, fixed income trading and risk transfer technology. He has served as Chief Investment officer of Luminent Capital, a publicly traded investment firm, where he managed a $15 billion portfolio of non-agency mortgage loans and ABS securities and derivatives. He also served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Radian Group Inc., where he managed Radian’s structured products business.
Mr. Papatheoharis earned his master’s degree in finance and urban land economics from the University of British Columbia. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Philadelphia Society of Financial Analysts. He holds series 7, 63, 79 and 24 securities licenses.
Dimitri Papatheoharis, CFA
Managing PrincipalPrior to REVL, Mr. Tadley was credit analyst and structurer for Kildare Capital. His experiences include managing deal transaction flows, modeling and stress testing of investment vehicles and pricing and valuation of structures and public securities. Mr. Tadley evaluates transactions in the ABS, MBS, IOs, MSRs and derivatives markets and has been involved in roles of progressive responsibility for several financial architecture projects aiming at optimizing structured-products trading and he leads a team of analysts that support portfolio management.
Mr. Tadley holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and is a CFA charter holder.

With expertise in corporate finance and investments, Dr. Tsetsekos has served in advisory and consulting roles in several public companies and organizations in the US and abroad including The World Bank, The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bear Stearns, FannieMae and Calamos Investments. Dr. Tsetsekos has experience in securitizations, risk management and hedging, asset pricing and valuations and M&A. Currently, he is the Francis Professor of Finance and Dean Emeritus at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business where he served as Dean of LeBow for 10 years and as VP of Academic Administration at Drexel for four years. With extensive service in the community, Dr. Tsetsekos serves on several boards, is a frequent speaker in forums/conferences and has published research in academic and professional journals. Dr. Tsetsekos is a senior advisor to the firm and does not engage in securities transactions.
George Tsetsekos, PhD
ChairmanAs Managing Director, Mr. Joseph brings over twenty years experience in institutional sales and loan trading to REVL Capital’s executive team. Prior to joining REVL, he served as Director of Institutional Sales at AOC Securities, a member of the Angel Oak Family of Companies, where his responsibilities included coverage of institutional accounts for fixed income trading with a focus on structured products and whole loans. He has also held leadership positions at GMAC, Emax/Mortgage Lenders Network, and Sovereign Bank. Mr. Joseph is Series 7 and 63 registered, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Villanova University.

Prior to joining REVL, Mr. Swansen served as general counsel, chief compliance officer and chief AML compliance officer for a boutique investment bank. Before entering the securities industry, Mr. Swansen litigated class action securities fraud, antitrust and consumer fraud cases for eight years.
Mr. Swansen received his J.D. from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in 1999. Ted also has a M.B.A. (economics concentration) and B.B.A., summa cum laude (finance and risk management & insurance) from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Laramie began as a data analyst and software developer, where he developed our proprietary database of over 2.2 million SBA 7a loans and the software that converts the raw data into actionable insights. He has transitioned to the trading desk, where his responsibilities include pricing and bid placement, along with settlements and reporting. Prior to REVL, Laramie spent 8 years developing execution algorithms and analytics for equity derivatives and futures traders alongside his own trading. His experience includes time series forecasting for financial derivatives, volatility modelling, and order flow analysis.

Colin is responsible for transaction management and support to all firmwide deals for the asset management and capital markets businesses. Colin is heavily involved in conducting research, financial modeling, portfolio analysis and leads all aspects of investor reporting.
Prior to REVL, Colin served as an Associate within JPMorgan’s investment bank. As a member of the Securitized Products Group, he managed daily PnL and conducted financial analysis on CMBS, whole loans, real estate private equity and strategic investments. Colin holds a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University.

Mir is responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the firm’s deals. He handles asset management, transactions, reporting, and supports trading and investment banking activities. His experience includes various roles at Strategic Financial Solutions as a Strategy Analyst and Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked as a Financial Analyst in the Private Wealth Management Division in Los Angeles. Mir is a Drexel University alumnus with a double major in Finance and Business Analytics, has transitioned into the professional finance sector with a solid track record from his academic pursuits. Mir also holds a Series 7 license.
